Push and Pull

Toys that can be manipulated by pushing or pulling are excellent for developing your baby's gross and fine motor skills. As they grip a handle to push or pull a cord, they strengthen their hand muscles and coordination.

Push-pull toys also provide a physical challenge: initially, your baby may stand and hold a push-along toy, but soon they’ll be walking while pushing it, gaining stability as they take their first steps. Similarly, as your baby becomes more mobile, they’ll learn to coordinate towing their pull-along toy behind them while navigating forward.
